1. What happens on the call?

It’s a relaxed, no-pressure chat. We’re not diving into deep details or picking apart your past. It’s just a conversation to get a sense of what’s going on for you and what you might want to work on. The point of the call is to see if it feels right for you—no expectations, no pressure.

2. Do I need to prepare anything?

Nope. Just show up as you are. Most people aren’t in the headspace for preparation anyway, and that’s completely fine. In fact, it’s better if you don’t overthink it. The first part of this process is about me doing the heavy lifting through awareness coaching, so there’s nothing for you to do except turn up.

3. What if I don’t even know what’s wrong?

That’s actually the best place to start. If you knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it, you’d have already sorted it. You don’t need to define the problem—you just need to be open to exploring it.

My job is to help you make sense of what’s really going on and get those first steps in place. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

4. How long does a session last?

Sessions are usually around 90 minutes, but I’m not sitting there watching the clock. We take the time needed to get to a point where something actually shifts.

There’s always a bit of leeway—sometimes we wrap up a little earlier, sometimes we go a little over. It’s about getting what you need, not sticking to a rigid timer.

5. What if I feel nervous about the session?

That’s completely normal. Most people do!

The good news is, you’re in control the whole time. We start with awareness coaching—so you’re not being thrown straight into deep change work. It’s just a conversation, and we only go as far as you feel comfortable.

Most people relax pretty quickly once they realise that.

6. What if I’ve tried everything before and nothing worked?

That’s actually why this approach is different.

Most methods focus on changing behaviour or mindset, but if something deeper is running the show, that won’t stick. This isn’t about pushing through with effort or motivation—it’s about getting to the real cause of what’s keeping you stuck and dissolving it at the root.

7. What if I’m not ready to change yet?

That’s completely fine. The first step is just getting clarity—there’s no pressure to act immediately.

Sometimes just seeing things differently is enough to start a shift. Some people do one session, then take time to process before deciding their next step. You don’t have to force anything—change happens at your pace.

8. Is it worth arranging a call even if I’m unsure about a session

Yes. Even if you don’t continue or book a session after the call, the conversation will help you get clarity on what needs to shift, no matter who you choose to work with.
It’s really important to understand what’s going on in the process so that, whoever you do decide to work with, you can check that you’re on the right track.

9. What if I get emotional during a session?

That happens, and it’s completely normal. It’s a safe space, and you won’t be left sitting in big emotions.

Sometimes things need to come up before they can shift, but we work through it gently. You’ll always feel in control, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

10. Will I be judged or criticised?

Not at all. This isn’t about judging or criticising—it’s about understanding what’s really going on.

Nothing shocks me because I know that most of these patterns come from an unconscious place—they’re not something you chose, they’ve been created over time, often without you realising.

The most important thing is that you feel safe to be open and honest—without fear of judgment.

11. How do I know if coaching is right for me?

You don’t need to be sure before reaching out—that’s exactly why we have the first chat.

If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or you’re not getting what you want in life, then it’s worth exploring. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you don’t need all the answers—that’s what the process helps with.

The best way to find out? Have a quick chat and see if it feels right for you. No pressure, no expectations.

12. What should I expect in the first session?

You can expect a chat over a cuppa—no awkward introductions, no pressure to pour your heart out.

We’ll have a real conversation, explore what’s going on for you, and look at what’s keeping you uncomfortable.

You’ll leave the session with a new level of awareness and likely some stuff to process before a follow-up session.

13. How long does this process take?

There’s no fixed timeline because everyone’s different. Some people get what they need in a single session, though I often suggest a follow-up cementing session to reinforce the shift.

Others prefer ongoing support for a while until things fully resolve. Also, as you open up and grow, new things may come up—which is completely normal.

This isn’t a long-term process, but we decide based on your timeframe and what works for you.

14. Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything in the session, including consent forms and anything discussed, is private and confidential—and will remain so.

The only exception is if there’s a legal or safety reason that requires action, but aside from that, what we talk about stays between us.

15. What if I feel stuck and don’t know where to start?

That’s why it’s important to talk first and have the chat. You don’t have to know the solution—you just have to be curious (or, more often than not, people are just feeling a bit desperate).

If you’re stuck, you don’t have to work it out yourself—that’s my job. I help you take those first steps and get clear.

This is more about trusting the process and being open to seeing something you haven’t seen before. So if you’re feeling stuck, that’s actually a good place to start.

16. How can you be effective across so many different issues?

Isn’t it hard to be an expert in all of them?

It doesn’t matter what the issue is—the same core elements are always at play. People think, people feel, people have a body in the present moment, and people have awareness. Our thoughts shape our feelings, our feelings drive our actions, and our actions influence our lives. But when we uncover the unconscious drivers behind those thoughts and feelings, we gain the power to influence our actions—and ultimately, how life unfolds.
