People often say that some of the things I talk about are negative.

This is because when people are bumped into the darker aspects of themselves, they feel it and it doesn't feel good, so it gets labelled and judged as a negative experience.

If you try to avoid looking at the darker thought-based aspects of yourself then you get to be in denial of those parts of yourself and that's like saying:
I am being afraid of my own self-image or self-concept.

These darker aspects are often the very parts of us that hide the gifts of massive healing, they are the source of powerful insights, that can cause shift in our level of consciousness - the effect of this leads to integrity, which means integration and self-acceptance.

So let’s all do positive thinking, yeah? For me, I THINK NOT.

Make your own choice, but remember your freedom is dependent on you not being afraid of your ideas of self.

You can only improve your experience as a result of looking at, dealing with, or waking up from these darker aspects, not from pretending them away from you as you wear the positive mask of denial.

If you feel you need any help to understand or get clear on any of the patterns I have written about above, then why not just ask a question?
