Suffering and aliveness can be seen as two sides of the same coin.

Over fifteen years experience in helping people to stop suffering with their mental and emotional states - e.g. stress, worry, anxiety, depression etc - has shown me that the ‘side effect’ of ceasing these suffering processes results in the 'natural return of aliveness'.

Why? Because when your energy is constantly used up in managing of your mental or thought-based experiences, then you have less energy to engage in the ‘real life’ that happens outside your ‘thought-based’ life.


Energy put into head-based reality…

Thinking takes a constant focus of attention from the moment.
Requires remembering thought as if it is real now.
Future thinking can fool you into believing it's happening now.

Energy put into the five senses in this moment…

Requires no effort at all, the senses function without you doing any mental work or having any input at all. They just are.
Your aliveness appears naturally. No effort.
